Ask for a loan

A loan with no interest, from the community's waqf (money people lend for the sake of Allah that keeps doing good). It can help with medical bills, school, paying off interest debt, family events, or fixing your home or car. You do not need to tell your story. No one will shame you. We look at the facts you give, we are open about how we decide, and if we say no, we tell you why.

How we look at your request

We look only at the facts you give us.

Your request is saved, and we look at the facts you give: your income, your work, the payments you already make, and whether you can reasonably pay the amount back. We do not pull a credit report. We do not judge you as a person, and we do not look at your background. There is no committee of people sitting behind this page.

If we say no and give a reason, the reason is about facts only — never about your character or your background. We cannot promise a date for a decision. Loans are not being paid out yet. When they start, this website will say so. We do not send personal messages about it.

Loans are not being paid out yet — but you can ask today

You can send your request today. It is saved, and we look at the facts you give. When loans start, this website will say so. We do not send personal messages about it.

Starting a business?

That is not a loan — it is a way to tell us about your business. A short video, a team of robots that judges ideas the way investors do, and money as a partner who shares in your profit, paid from the profit the community's waqfs earn. No money moves today, and nothing is funded yet.

How asking for a loan works here

  • Anyone can ask. You do not need to be a member for any time, you do not need to have lent anything, and you pay nothing to ask.
  • What we ask for instead is your full details: your full name as on your official papers, date of birth, address, email, phone, and your word that it is true. This money belongs to people who lent it as waqf, and Fotoh must be able to show them where it went.
  • We look only at the facts you give — your income, your work, the payments you already make — and whether you can reasonably pay the amount back. We do not pull a credit report.
  • You do not need to tell your story. No "tell us why you need it." No one judges your need.
  • No interest, and no fee for the loan. If you are approved, you get the full amount.
  • We never ask your religion, your ethnic background, your race, or your sexual orientation.
  • We never ask for a video of your hard times or photos of your situation.
  • You do not need anyone to vouch for you. You don't need three friends to speak for you.
  • We never ask for a Social Security number, a tax number, a photo of a document, or a photo of you.
