The community's waqf (money people lend for the sake of Allah that keeps doing good) helps carry the loss — so you keep your loan, your home and your dignity. This help is not a loan. You never pay it back.

Your car is wrecked, your home is damaged, you have a medical emergency, or you lose something you depend on. You fill in a request for help (a claim) with what happened and the papers you have.
We check three things: did it happen, are the papers real, and is the amount of the loss reasonable. For example a police report, medical records, or photos of the damage. These are normal checks — not questioning you.
An approved request is paid from the profit the community's waqf has earned — all of it, or part of it, depending on what is there. There is no second fund, and nothing is put aside in advance. Payments have not started yet.
We look only at the facts: did it happen, are the papers real, and is the amount of the loss reasonable. No one judges whether you deserve help. No one asks for your story. No one asks what you have lent, and it is never counted.
Looking at a request is not the same as paying it. What is sure today: your request is received, saved and looked at — and payments have not started yet. When they start, this website will say so; we do not send personal messages about it. When there is money, a request may be paid in full or in part — never more than the community's waqf has earned.

Recovery is open to anyone in need — member or not. You do not need to have lent anything, joined anything, or waited any time. No one asks what you have lent, and it is never counted. Only the profit the community's waqf has earned decides how much can be given. You never pay anything to ask.
What we do ask for is your full details — your full name as on your official papers, date of birth, where you live, email, phone, and your word that it is true. This money belongs to people who lent it as waqf, and Fotoh must be able to show them where it went. We never ask for: a Social Security number, a tax number, a photo of a document, or a photo of you.
An elder who can no longer look after himself or his home counts as a calamity case — old age and losing your independence is a real hardship. Ask for Recovery help here. Your request is saved and looked at on the facts. We cannot promise a date for an answer. The full Karam care programme is not open yet. Its whole plan is still with the lawyers, so nothing here can promise it to anyone.
