When calamity strikes, the community catches you.

Recovery is calamity aid for anyone in need — member or not. Your car is wrecked. Your home is damaged. A medical emergency drains you. The community fund helps cover the loss — so you keep your loan, keep your home, and keep your dignity.

File a Recovery claim
Recovery is calamity aid funded by the yield the community pool earns. Payouts depend on fund availability. Recovery is NOT a commercial coverage product; we do NOT guarantee payout.

Payouts are not open yet

We are accepting and reviewing Recovery claims today. You will be notified when payouts open. Your claim is queued, reviewed by the Qardon Review Panel, and tracked in your member dashboard. Read the full operating model →

How Recovery works

A community fund, not a commercial contract.

No monthly charges. No middlemen. No fine-print exclusions. No claim adjusters. Just a community fund that helps people through hardship — member or not.

1

Calamity strikes

Vehicle is wrecked, home is damaged, medical emergency, asset is lost. You file a Recovery claim with the facts and documentation.

2

Claim review

The Qardon Review Panel verifies the calamity (police report, any third-party claim records, medical records, photos of damage). Standard verification — not interrogation.

3

Payout from the fund

Approved claims are paid from the Recovery Fund — funded by investment yield on the lending pool plus contributions specifically earmarked for Recovery. Payout depends on fund availability; may be partial, may be full.

How your claim is reviewed

A panel of six specialists.

Every Recovery claim is reviewed by a panel of six specialists, each with deep expertise in their own field. The panel produces a written decision that explains exactly what each specialist found and why the final call was made. No black-box decisions.

Medical Specialist

Reviews health-related claims, disability assessments, and age-related care needs.

Financial Specialist

Verifies loss amounts, the claimant's financial situation, and the fund's ability to cover the payout.

Legal Specialist

Knows the lending and consumer-protection rules of each country and flags any compliance issues.

Religious-Ethics Specialist

Checks every decision against the religious-ethics framework that governs the pool.

Fraud Specialist

Pattern-matches against known scam profiles, cross-references identity, and flags anomalies.

Documentation Specialist

Verifies the evidence you've uploaded — police reports, medical records, photos — for authenticity and consistency.

Each specialist produces a verdict and a written reason. An aggregator reconciles them into the final decision. If any specialist flags a concern that cannot be resolved, the case escalates — you will hear back transparently at every step. The decision you receive shows you exactly how the call was made.

What Recovery helps with

Calamity affecting your private assets.

🚗

Vehicle

Accident, theft, total loss

🏠

Home

Fire, flood, storm, damage

🏥

Medical

Emergency, surgery, hospitalization

Other calamity

Sudden major asset loss

Recovery is open to anyone in need — member or not. You do not have to have lent anything, joined anything, or waited any period of time. What you have lent is never asked and never counted. Only what is available in the pool decides how much can be granted.

Senior care is a calamity too

For elders who can no longer care for themselves.

Elderly members who can no longer care for themselves or their home qualify as a calamity case — old age and the loss of independence is a real hardship. File a Recovery claim here, and we will respond with care. If the full Karam care program applies, you will be guided through it.

Karam is our senior-care program — full information on the Karam page. There is no condition: the help comes first. If a senior chooses, later and freely, to endow their home in gratitude to the community that stood with them, the gift is theirs to give.
