The reciprocity principle Qardon is a community of givers and borrowers. Every member lends to the pool, interest-free — your money stays yours and revolves to help the next family — and every active member can apply to borrow interest-free when life calls for it. There is no giver-only tier and no borrower-only tier. You give. You may borrow. Your money stays in your own bank, in your own name. The community sustains itself through mutual giving. Many give this as a goodly loan to God — for them, an act of worship; the community is open to people of every faith and none.

I'm contributing to the community pool. My money stays in my own account and revolves as interest-free loans to help others — and I understand I may apply to borrow interest-free when I need to. (In Islamic terms, this is a goodly loan / waqf.) I agree to the Terms of Service and the Giver Agreement.

Membership is free — no monthly fee. Your first giving starts your active membership. Eligibility to apply for an interest-free loan opens after 30 days of active membership.
