Please read. Recovery help is paid from the profit that the community's waqf (money people lend for the sake of Allah that keeps doing good) earns. How much can be given depends on that profit — it may be all you need or part of it. Payments have not started yet, and no payment is promised. Recovery is not something you buy, and this help is not a loan — you never pay it back. We never ask you to make a video, describe your suffering, or send photos of your pain. We only need the normal papers about what happened — a police report, medical records, a repair estimate, photos of the damage to your things (not of you).

1. About you

Recovery is open to anyone in need — member or not — and you never pay anything to ask. We do ask for your full details, because this money belongs to people who lent it as waqf, and we must be able to show them where it went. We never check whether you are a member.

What we never ask for here: a Social Security number, a tax number, a photo of a document, or a photo of you — and no subscription, no membership and no fee.

2. What happened

3. Your papers

The normal papers about what happened. For now this form only saves the names of your papers — the files are not sent from here. Please keep them: we will ask you for them when we look at your request.

    No photos of you suffering. No videos. Only papers and photos of what was damaged.

    4. Your word

    How the site stays free. qardon.org is free for you. Lenders, borrowers, buyers, sellers and dealers pay the site nothing. To keep it running, its real running costs, multiplied by a set number that adds a profit, are paid from the profit of the waqfs placed through it. This is never taken from the waqf money itself, never added to any price, and never a percentage of a sale. It is a condition for using the site, not a choice. By opening an account you accept it; without accepting it, no account can be opened. If you place a waqf, this condition becomes one of your waqf’s conditions. The site does not manage anyone’s waqf. It is a tool in the hands of the person who manages it — or in your own hands, if you manage it yourself. Fotoh is not a charity, and it takes no part in your deals or in the profit of your business.     We look at three things: did it happen, are the papers real, and is the amount of the loss reasonable. We cannot promise a date for a decision. Payments have not started yet, and we do not send messages to anyone about it; this website will say so when they start.
