Recovery is NOT a commercial coverage product; we do NOT guarantee payout. We never ask you to record a video, narrate your suffering, or upload photos showing emotional hardship. Standard documentation of the calamity event only — police report, medical records, repair estimate, photos of damage to the asset (not to you).

Claims are reviewed within 7 business days. Decisions are communicated by email with clear next steps.
